Tämä tarina on syntynyt haaveesta rakentaa oma koti. Haaveemme tulee ajan myötä toteutumaan Helsingissä, jossa tonttimme sijaitsee. Rakennamme energiatehokkaan kivitalon rinnetontille, jyrkän kalliorinteen huipulle. Tästä talo on saanut nimensä House on the Rocks.
Tämä sivusto on luotu, jotta voisimme sekä koota nämä ikimuistoiset kokemukset itsellemme muistiin, mutta myös koska halusimme jakaa tämän tarinan ja opit siitä. This is a story of a dream to build a home. This dream will eventually come true and this website is our way of sharing our story and also a way for tracking the milestones on the way. This housebuilding project happens in the Nordics, in the capital of Finland, Helsinki. Our house will be built on a steep hill, on top of the rocks. This is how the blog and the house got its name.
